Currently, in response to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), a hotline has been established for cleaning managers to frequently check their routes and health status, and services are being conducted under strengthened hygiene standards. In particular, managers are provided with hygiene gloves and multipurpose cleaners, and differentiated services such as free disinfection inside customers' homes are being offered.
