NH Nonghyup Bank Launches 'Gratitude and Memory Savings'
Financial Products for Promoting the Excavation Project of 6.25 War Fallen Soldiers' Remains
[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 8th that it will sell the 'Gratitude and Remembrance Deposit' starting from the 9th in celebration of June, the Month of Patriots and Veterans.
The 'Gratitude and Remembrance Deposit' was launched to express gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of veterans on the 70th anniversary of the Korean War and to promote the remains excavation project. It is a fixed deposit product sold with a limit of 100 billion KRW from the 9th of this month until July 17th.
The subscription period is one year, limited to one account per person, with a minimum subscription amount of 3 million KRW and a maximum of 10 million KRW. Interest is paid by adding a special preferential interest rate of 0.55% to the basic one-year interest rate of Nonghyup Bank's Geunmanjok Silse Deposit.
The 'Gratitude and Remembrance Deposit' can be subscribed to at NH Nonghyup Bank branches nationwide and through Nonghyup Internet and Smart Banking. An event will also be held simultaneously, where prizes will be awarded by lottery among subscribing customers.
