Mercedes-Benz Expands and Reopens Yongdap Branch, Korea's First Service Center
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 3rd that it will expand and reopen the Yongdap Service Center, the first Mercedes-Benz service center in Korea, to strengthen customer service.
The Mercedes-Benz Yongdap Service Center (Hansung Motors), which was previously operated on two floors in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, has been expanded to a total floor area of approximately 17,713㎡ (about 5,358 pyeong), with 8 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, providing customers with a more comfortable service environment.
With this expansion, the Yongdap Service Center now has a total of 45 work bays, more than three times the previous number, making it the largest Mercedes-Benz service center in the Seoul area. This allows more customers to receive fast and professional services such as regular inspections and general maintenance.
In particular, since its opening in 1987 as the first Mercedes-Benz service center in Korea, the Yongdap Service Center has provided systematic and professional services across all aspects based on various cases and extensive experience.
Jomang Ah, Vice President of Network Development and Digital House Division at Mercedes-Benz Korea, stated, “We plan to continue investing to further expand the Yongdap Service Center to enhance customer convenience.”
