Sahmyook University Signs Agreement with Korea Institute of Radiological & Medical Sciences for Training Specialized Medical Personnel
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Samyook University announced on the 3rd that it has agreed to cooperate with the Korea Institute of Radiological & Medical Sciences to train professional medical personnel in preparation for national disaster situations. Ilmok Kim (right), president of Samyook University, and Misook Kim, director of the Korea Institute of Radiological & Medical Sciences, signed a memorandum of understanding on this matter at the institute's headquarters in Nowon-gu, Seoul. Accordingly, the two institutions will actively collaborate in training medical personnel such as pharmacists, nurses, and physical therapists, as well as in technology development, joint academic research, and degree programs for workforce development.
