Emart24 announced on the 3rd that it has introduced three types of German craft beer. The three Steam Brew Craft Beer varieties (Imperial IPA, Imperial Stout, German Red) are 500ml cans and represent the flagship beers of 'Eichbaum,' the largest brewery in the Mannheim region of Germany.
Not only are they brewed with Eichbaum Brewery's 340 years of beer production expertise, but they also received a special design award at last year's 'German Design Award.' The price is 3,000 won per can.
Promotional products have also been significantly expanded. Emart24 is offering discount benefits such as 4 cans for 10,000 won and 5 cans for 10,000 won on over 100 beer varieties, which is more than 40% increase compared to the same month last year, throughout this month. The three new German craft beers, four existing Jeju beers, two IPAs (Twisted Manzanita Double IPA, Long Trail Green Blazer IPA), Budweiser, and Stella canned beers?a total of 11 types?are sold at 4 cans for 10,000 won. There is also a 1,000 won discount benefit when paying with a Samsung Card.
Emart24's move to strengthen beer products and events is because June is the month with the highest beer sales in the first half of the year and marks the beginning of the three months (June to August) with the highest annual sales. According to Emart24's beer sales data from last year, August was the month with the highest beer sales, followed by July and June.
