Expecting at least 10 billion KRW in new sales over 3 years... Cooperation for overseas market expansion including Vietnam
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] RF Bio, a subsidiary of RF Tech, is making a full-scale push into the filler market.
On the 2nd, RF Bio announced that it has signed a comprehensive business agreement with 'Jineoseu,' which operates the largest beauty medical network hospitals in Korea.
Through this agreement, RF Bio expects to enter the top tier of the domestic filler market.
Jineoseu is a hospital management support company (MSO) that operates multiple network hospitals including 'Ppeum Clinic,' 'Sangsang Clinic,' 'Kla&Bi Dermatology Clinic,' and 'TU Dental Clinic.' It mainly manages Ppeum (petite plastic surgery), Sangsang (obesity), Kla&Bi (dermatology), and TU (dental), focusing on the beauty sector.
Currently, it operates 23 hospitals nationwide in Seoul, Busan, Suwon, and plans to open new branches in Daegu and Nowon within this year.
Through the agreement, RF Bio and Jineoseu will collaborate on marketing and sales of the hyaluronic acid (HA) filler 'Youthfill.' Youthfill is a newly launched filler brand introduced to the domestic market in November last year.
An RF Bio official stated, "If Youthfill partners with the 'Ppeum' network, it can rapidly increase brand awareness and market share not only domestically but also overseas," adding, "We plan to secure at least 10 billion KRW in new sales over the next three years."
Ppeum Clinic will jointly cooperate to expand into overseas markets. Jineoseu already opened a Ppeum Clinic branch in Ho Chi Minh City at the end of last year. They plan to expand overseas business into major Southeast Asian markets such as Hanoi, Da Nang, Singapore, and Thailand. RF Bio’s parent company, RF Tech, already has local subsidiaries in Vietnam, China, India, and the United States.
