Sinyoung Village 4-dong in Suyu-dong, Gangbuk-gu (exclusive area 38.9㎡) was traded at 47.5 million KRW, the lowest price, while Seolleung Villa in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu (exclusive area 112.81㎡) was traded at 1.83 billion KRW, the highest price.
Busan area multi-family/row house prices range from a minimum of 1.35 million KRW to a maximum of 58.14 million KRW per 3.3㎡.
