Recruitment for Participants in the '30th Jaeneung Poetry Recitation Contest'... 1st Round Online Preliminary
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] Jaeneung Group announced on the 2nd that it is recruiting participants for the 1st online preliminary round of the '30th Jaeneung Poetry Recitation Contest' through its affiliate Jaeneung Munhwa.
This contest is co-hosted by Jaeneung Munhwa and the Korea Poets Association. It is sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Education, the Arts Council Korea, and Jaeneung Education.
The Jaeneung Poetry Recitation Contest will hold the 1st online preliminary round this month, followed by the 2nd round in six regional areas from July to October. The 3rd final round will be held in November.
The application period is until the 12th. Participants can search for the 'Jaeneung Poetry Recitation Contest' channel in their KakaoTalk friend list, add it as a friend, and then upload a poetry recitation video in a one-on-one chat to apply.
The contest categories are divided into student division (elementary, middle and high school) and adult division. The grand prize winner in the adult division of the final round will receive a prize of 2 million won and the 'Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award.'
