View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Seon-gap) has installed an automatic electronic attendance system in 173 daycare centers in the area to create a safe childcare environment.
The automatic electronic attendance system at daycare centers automatically records the arrival and departure times when a child holds a tag to the reader installed at the daycare entrance, and sends real-time notification messages to the guardians.
Through this system, guardians can check the child's arrival and departure times in real time for peace of mind, and daycare centers can simplify their operations by easily managing childcare fee calculations and personnel expenses for extended care teachers through automatic attendance management.
The district completed the installation of the automatic electronic attendance system by supporting 300,000 KRW per reader installation and 5,000 KRW per child tag cost for daycare centers in the area.
Currently, daycare centers in Gwangjin-gu are closed due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), and emergency childcare is being provided for families in need of care due to parents' dual-income work.
