"Cutting Security Staff" Resident Abuses Security Guard Enforcing Parking Rules, Power Abuse Controversy
[Asia Economy Reporter Heo Midam] A controversy has arisen after a car owner verbally abused a security guard who posted an illegal parking warning at an apartment complex in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province.
According to Yonhap News TV on the 1st, security guard A, who works at an apartment in Pyeongtaek, attached a warning notice to a vehicle that violated parking regulations.
The car owner reportedly wrote offensive language on the warning, including phrases like "I will cut off the security guard's hand," which are difficult to express.
After another parking violation warning was attached to the same vehicle, the car owner left abusive remarks telling the security guard to keep attaching the notices. As the controversy grew, the car owner apologized to both the security guard and the management office.

Shim first had a dispute with Choi on the 21st of last month over a double parking issue. He is suspected of assaulting Choi multiple times and forcing him to resign.
