The categories are ▲Slogan (within 30 characters including spaces) ▲4-panel comics ▲Card news (8 or more slides), and anyone can submit up to 2 entries regardless of residence or age. The 4-panel comics and card news categories were newly added this year to reflect current trends.

The submission period is from June 15 to July 17. Those interested can download the application form from the district website (Citizen Participation → Open Plaza), fill it out, and send it along with their work file via email (owzzekusi@sdm.go.kr).
Seodaemun-gu will evaluate entries based on human rights value orientation, creativity, and applicability, selecting 1 Grand Prize, 2 Silver Prizes, 3 Bronze Prizes, and 6 Encouragement Awards. Winners will receive certificates and a small cultural gift certificate sent by mail.
The district will use the winning works in human rights booklets and promotional materials and exhibit them at various human rights-related events.
