"Watching Movies While Enjoying the Donghae Sunset"… Sol Beach Yangyang Opens 'Sunset Cinema'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] Sono Hotels & Resorts' Sol Beach Yangyang announced on the 28th that it will introduce the country's first outdoor cinema 'Sunset Cinema (photo)' near the East Sea starting from the 5th of next month.
Sunset Cinema is equipped with a large screen and seating for 100 people. Every day at 8 PM, visitors can watch movies here while enjoying the sunset. The first screening will be the romantic film 'A Rainy Day in New York.' Wireless headsets will be provided to the audience to block outside noise and help them focus on the movie. Following last year's beach cinema and book concert, a formal theater near the sea has been established where visitors can enjoy films.
To celebrate the opening of Sunset Cinema, Sol Beach Yangyang has prepared a 'Romantic Cinema Package.' The package includes a room, Sunset Cinema tickets (for 2 people), and a snack box. Reservations can be made in advance through the official Sono Hotels & Resorts website and application, and tickets can also be purchased on-site. Prices start from 124,000 KRW.
