This service is conducted through the comprehensive health appliance brand Wells. With the expectation that the number of users will continue to increase ahead of summer, the company plans to additionally secure up to 670 air sterilization devices and respond to customer requests.
The Wells air sterilization free service is a care service that disinfects indoor spaces frequently used by many people, such as homes, early childhood education facilities, offices, and restaurants, using a fogger. The service started in March and more than 3,000 customers have used it until last month.
A Wells manager visits and uses a dedicated eco-friendly certified disinfectant composed of harmless ingredients to the human body. According to the company, it is safe enough that the sterilizer does not need to be wiped off after disinfection.
Kyowon Group has also increased the application channels for the Wells air sterilization free service. In addition to applying through the Wells website and moving store, customers can apply for the air sterilization free service through Kyowon's online shopping channel 'K-Members Mall'. After signing up as a member and entering the information for service use, the application is automatically processed. Within a week, a Wells consultant will coordinate the visit schedule, and the service will be provided thereafter.
