President Moon to Chair National Fiscal Strategy Meeting on 25th... Discussing 'Post-Corona' Fiscal Strategy
[Asia Economy Reporter Son Sun-hee] President Moon Jae-in will preside over the '2020 National Fiscal Strategy Meeting' at 2 p.m. on the 25th at the Blue House, the Blue House announced on the 24th.
The '2020 National Fiscal Strategy Meeting' will discuss the role of finance for overcoming the crisis and economic leap, and fiscal strategies to prepare for the post-COVID-19 era, as well as establish the fiscal management plan for 2020-2024.
The National Fiscal Strategy Meeting is the highest-level decision-making meeting in the fiscal field, attended by President Moon, Prime Minister Chung Sye-kyun, and all members of the Cabinet.
Since the first meeting in 2004, this marks the 17th meeting this year. It is the fourth meeting since President Moon took office.

This meeting will be attended by Prime Minister Chung, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance Hong Nam-ki, chairpersons of presidential committees, and key figures from the Blue House and the ruling party.
