During this extraordinary session, the plan for the 2020 first half major county administration project inspection was approved, and the 2020 2nd supplementary budget was reviewed and processed.
In particular, the Budget and Accounts Special Committee (Chairman Kim Yongmun) listened to explanations from the executive branch from the 18th to the 21st for four days, and through Q&A and in-depth review, approved the supplementary budget.
The finalized budget this time amounts to 422.3 billion KRW, an increase of 39.6 billion KRW from the original 382.7 billion KRW, including 6.6 billion KRW for emergency disaster relief funds to overcome the COVID-19 crisis.
Additionally, the Special Committee for Major County Administration Project Inspection (Chairman) plans to conduct inspections on 13 selected project sites during the 1st regular session scheduled to begin on the 9th of next month.
