[Asia Economy Reporter Ko Hyung-kwang] The Securities and Futures Commission under the Financial Services Commission announced on the 22nd that it imposed a fine of approximately 440 million KRW on ChabioTech, a KOSDAQ-listed company, for violating the obligation to submit regular reports.
Another KOSDAQ-listed company, Olipass, was fined 270 million KRW for violating the obligation to submit a securities registration statement, and Skin&Skin was fined approximately 67 million KRW for violating the obligation to submit regular reports.
Unlisted companies SmartGolf and Maechulin 1 were fined approximately 56 million KRW and 61 million KRW respectively for violating the obligation to submit securities registration statements.
Additionally, unlisted companies Polus and Polus Holdings were each subject to securities issuance restrictions of 6 months and 3 months respectively for violating the obligation to submit securities registration statements.
