"Choose Your Desired Benefits Freely"... Hana Card Launches 'Syrup Chodaldal Card'
SK Planet and PLCC Launch
Select Desired Benefits from 8 Industries Including Delivery Apps, Coffee, and Large Supermarkets
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Hana Card announced on the 21st that it will launch the 'Syrup Chodaldal Card,' which allows customers to freely adjust event benefits according to their preferences in collaboration with SK Planet.
This card is a private label credit card (PLCC) released in partnership with SK Planet. Customers can sign up through the representative mobile application 'Syrup Wallet' operated by SK Planet.
The Syrup Chodaldal Card offers a 0.3% billing discount regardless of spending performance when paying at all domestic and international affiliated stores. Syrup Wallet users can check their monthly spending and select event benefits directly through the app.
The event benefits are composed of eight categories based on the most frequently used sectors by customers, including delivery apps, coffee, online shopping, and gas stations. Customers can add one additional benefit each time their monthly card usage exceeds 300,000 KRW. The maximum number of selectable categories is up to eight.
Notably, the card benefits are provided based on the customer's set 'current month' spending target and actual spending in the 'current month,' rather than the previous month's usage, allowing for more flexible and immediate benefits.
To commemorate the card launch, an event is also being held. Until August 31, customers who open a Hana Bank account through Syrup Wallet and register it as the payment account for the Syrup Chodaldal Card will receive an additional Starbucks Caff? Mocha coupon.
