CU Gimpo Logistics Center Employee Tests Positive for COVID-19
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] An employee at BGF Logistics Gimpo Ambient Center has tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
According to BGF Retail on the 20th, BGF Logistics Gimpo Ambient Center fully closed the logistics center from 2 p.m. after an employee tested positive for COVID-19. The employee, who resides in Incheon, worked as a picker responsible for sorting and packaging logistics at the center.
A BGF Retail official stated, "Since an employee at the Gimpo Ambient Center tested positive for COVID-19, we have fully closed the center and are conducting disinfection work," adding, "We have completely suspended the receipt of convenience store goods at the ambient center and will use the Bucheon and Incheon Ambient Centers for deliveries starting from the 21st."
