According to the prosecution on the 20th, the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors' Office filed an arrest warrant yesterday for A (49), identified as the perpetrator in the security guard assault case, on charges related to assault.
A prosecution official stated, "We cannot disclose specific charges," adding, "An arrest warrant was requested yesterday on charges related to acts of violence against the security guard."
Earlier, the Gangbuk Police Station in Seoul applied to the prosecution for an arrest warrant for A on charges including injury.
A is accused of continuously verbally abusing and assaulting security guard Choi, who moved his double-parked vehicle at an apartment in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, on the 21st of last month, after a dispute.
