Linos Wins Nationwide '112 System Advancement Project' Contract
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Linos announced on the 19th that it has signed a contract for the police '112 System Function Improvement and Advancement Project' by forming a consortium with TS Line System. The contract amount is approximately 1.3 billion KRW, and the project period is until December.
Through this contract, Linos plans to improve and advance the functions of the nationwide 112 system it directly built in 2011. By rebuilding outdated hardware and software, it is expected that the efficiency and accuracy of 112 report processing will be enhanced, enabling the provision of stable services.
A Linos official stated, "Recognized for our technical capabilities in the police SI field, we are refurbishing the system we built about nine years ago," and added, "We will successfully complete this project based on our know-how and continue to strive to consistently secure police-related projects in the future."
