[Asia Economy Beijing=Special Correspondent Park Sun-mi] A magnitude 5.0 earthquake in Yunnan Province, China, has resulted in 2 deaths and 13 injuries.
On the 19th, Xinhua News Agency reported that at around 9:47 PM local time the previous day, a magnitude 5.0 earthquake occurred near Chaojia County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province. The depth of the epicenter was 8,000 meters. At around 4:35 AM on the same day, a magnitude 3.5 aftershock also occurred at the same location.
