In the annual awards broadcast held on the 18th, 479 awardees with excellent sales performance and customer satisfaction indicators (retention rate, incomplete sales rate, etc.) among DB Insurance PAs (Premier Agents) were introduced, along with 375 members of the Hall of Fame.
The highest honor, Sales King of the Year, was awarded to Hwang Geum-sook PA from the Southern Business Unit. Through consistent sales activities, Hwang Geum-sook PA has diligently maintained a client base of 1,533 customers. Since starting insurance sales in 2005, she has risen to become the company’s representative Sales King in 15 years.
Meanwhile, DB Insurance awards 71 recipients of the ‘Challenge Award,’ which is given to those who meet certain performance and customer satisfaction criteria (retention rate, incomplete sales rate), rather than only recognizing a few top performers, as well as 375 DBRT (Hall of Fame) members. The company also presents the ‘Vision Club Award’ to sales members in their 3rd to 5th years to encourage sustained settlement and growth vision, and the ‘Customer Satisfaction Award’ to those excelling in customer management services. This broadcast created a moment to celebrate all DB Insurance PAs who have shown achievements in various fields.
