[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) is conducting the ‘Neighbor Teacher Training Course’ to help residents who have their own lifelong learning lecture content grow into professional instructors.
The ‘Neighbor Teacher Training Course’ will be held for 8 weeks from June 16 to August 6, and includes basic lectures such as ▲creating lecture plans ▲lecture techniques ▲voice training. In the 8th week, there is also a practical session where participants conduct lectures themselves and receive feedback.
This course will recruit 20 participants each for Class A and Class B on a first-come, first-served basis from May 27 to June 2. Residents of Jungnang-gu who wish to apply can sign up on the Jungnang-gu Lifelong Learning Center website (http://lifelong.jungnang.go.kr) after registering as members.
Additionally, outstanding graduates will be registered in the Lifelong Learning Center’s Neighbor Teacher talent POOL, and will have opportunities to open lectures upon requests at local learning centers in the future.
