Jeonbuk Sunchang-gun, Cultural Performances 'Stretching Out' in the Second Half of the Year
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-jin] Sunchang County will resume cultural performances starting in the second half of the year.
The county announced on the 13th that a total of five performances were selected in a public contest organized by the Korea Culture and Arts Centers Association.
Accordingly, beginning in June, the county has prepared various cultural performances in genres such as music, gugak (traditional Korean music), theater, and musicals, including the Chaegyesan Healing Concert, the Four Seasons Art Festival, Othello, and Honey, I Have Something to Say Too.
In particular, among these performances, Othello is one of Shakespeare's four great tragedies, and it is expected to provide a new way to experience the emotions of Othello felt in the book by expressing every movement emotionally through dance alone.
