Ministry of SMEs and Startups to Discover Win-Win Models for 'Electronics and Chemicals' Materials and Parts in the Second Half
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] The Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Council for Mutual Growth between Large and Small-Medium Enterprises announced on the 13th that three win-win model projects for the development of key technologies essential to semiconductor processes were approved through the 'Materials, Parts, and Equipment Competitiveness Enhancement Committee.'
The win-win models approved at the 4th Materials, Parts, and Equipment Competitiveness Enhancement Committee are projects that develop items whose research and development (R&D) outcomes can be commercialized early based on the technological capabilities of small and medium enterprises. In all three projects, SMEs will develop the technology and proceed with product manufacturing and final delivery. Due to the sensitivity of participating companies and development projects, these are being conducted confidentially.
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Council for Mutual Growth plan to discover win-win models between large and small-medium enterprises for the development of materials, parts, and equipment in the electronics and chemical fields in the second half of this year. They also plan to discover network win-win models involving numerous SMEs related to materials, parts, and equipment development.
