The Asan Frontier Academy is a specialized educational program that supports mid-level managers of active nonprofit and social economy organizations to grow into next-generation leaders who cultivate management skills, leadership, and entrepreneurship evenly. The 30 students selected for the 9th term will undertake management classes consisting of strategy, human resources, marketing, and financial accounting, as well as courses in leadership, social innovation, and problem-solving. The 9th term lasts for 7 months until November 21, and the Asan Nanum Foundation fully covers the costs of the total 378 hours of coursework and overseas visits.

Chairman Han Jung-hwa said in an encouragement speech, "The number of nonprofit and social economy organization personnel produced through the Asan Frontier Academy has already reached 237," and added, "We hope that the 30 students entering today in the 9th term will also successfully complete the course and grow into leaders who can create a positive impact on their respective organizations and the nonprofit and social sectors as a whole."
