Wonkwang University to Conduct Classes Online Until End of First Semester Due to COVID-19 Spread

Wonkwang University had planned to switch theoretical courses to face-to-face classes starting from the 25th, and laboratory and practical sessions began face-to-face classes from the 11th.

In addition, Wonkwang University identified that 10 students visited Itaewon in Seoul, and as a result, prohibited their entry to the campus and ordered them to self-quarantine. Park Maeng-su, President of Wonkwang University, stated, "This is an unavoidable measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19," and added, "We will respond thoroughly so that students can receive education with peace of mind."
