The National Institute of Environmental Research predicted that due to yellow dust originating from China, the fine dust concentration in the Seoul metropolitan area will be 'bad', while other regions will be at a 'moderate' level. In particular, the Seoul metropolitan area is expected to temporarily reach a 'very bad' level in the afternoon, and all other regions may also experience 'bad' levels.
