SH Corporation Opens Financial Lecture for Youth at 'Cheongsinho Myeongdong'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 11th that it will open a financial education course called "Wise Financial Life," which provides various financial knowledge necessary for living to young people such as university students, young professionals, and newlyweds.
The financial education will be conducted by Woori Bank. The venue is "Cheongsinho Myeongdong," a promotional center for Cheongsinho Housing recently opened in Myeongdong, Seoul, provided by SH Corporation.
The first lecture, held at 7 p.m. on the 21st, will be themed "Financial Beginners, Getting Friendly with Bank Accounts." A total of eight sessions will be held monthly with new topics until December this year. Major topics include "Asset Management Strategies for Newlyweds Preparing to Buy a Home," "100% Utilization of Subscription Savings for Young Professionals," "Complete Analysis of Financial Products," "Understanding Credit Scores and Credit Management Methods," and "Thorough Preparation for Year-End Tax Deduction Income Tax Returns," covering essential information from saving pocket money to investment and year-end tax techniques that financial life participants need to know.
Attendance for the "Wise Financial Life" course is free, and registration can be done via the Naver blog. Inquiries can be made at the Cheongsinho Myeongdong promotional center.
This financial lecture program is part of a collaboration between Woori Bank's youth brand "Smoosal Woori" and SH Corporation's housing brand "Cheongsinho," designed to provide financial knowledge to young people and support their economic independence.
Kim Seyong, President of SH Corporation, said, "Going forward, promotional centers such as 'Cheongsinho Myeongdong' will continuously operate various community programs that are practically helpful to young people and newlyweds, including financial lectures, so that they can receive real assistance in solving housing problems."

Meanwhile, the "Cheongsinho Myeongdong" promotional center was recently opened to introduce the Cheongsinho brand to citizens and to gather opinions from youth and newlyweds, a new housing policy group. The second floor houses the Cheongsinho promotional exhibition hall (lower house), and the third floor includes a community space (upper house) and a smart work office.
