[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Hyesoo] On the afternoon of the 10th, KBS2's 'Once Again' aired a scene hinting at a love triangle involving Alex, who was appointed as the temporary hospital director, and Lee Minjung and Lee Sangyeop.

Song Youngdal (Cheon Hojin) tells Song Nahee (Lee Minjung) to move back into the family home immediately. When Nahee replies, "I have no intention of moving back," Song Youngdal responds forcefully, "I wasn't asking for your opinion." After returning to her house, Nahee starts packing, telling Kyu-jin (Lee Sangyeop), "I'm moving back home. You know how scary my father gets when he's angry."

On the day Nahee moves back to the family home, she says, "There were many hardships over the past three and a half years, but also many good times. Yoon Kyu-jin, thank you for putting up with me." Kyu-jin replies, "I'm sorry and grateful," and the two remove their rings and shake hands.

Gahee, who went up to the rooftop to hang blankets, asks Park Hyoshin (Ki Dohoon), who happens to be there, "If you have any energy left, could you shake them out for me?" After shaking out the blankets, Park Hyoshin hands them back to Gahee, saying, "You seem strong, so hang them yourself," and then leaves. Gahee pouts, saying, "That's quite charming."

The Song family, who made homemade radish kimchi together, all go to the bathhouse. On the way back, Gahee advises Nahee, "Think of it as punishment and keep pestering Mom. Both my brother and I went through rough times like this."

Choi Yoonjung (Kim Boyeon) visits Kyu-jin's house and, when Kyu-jin tries to bring back the clothes Nahee left behind, she throws them in the trash, emphasizing, "You’re divorced. I’m not the type to keep your discarded clothes." Later that night, Kyu-jin lies alone, tossing and turning, muttering, "Was this bed always this big?"

Nahee and Kyu-jin awkwardly meet in the hospital elevator. When Kyu-jin says, "Good morning," Nahee retorts, "Don’t overdo it. We didn’t greet each other so awkwardly even when we were colleagues." Upon hearing that the hospital director has taken a leave of absence due to high blood pressure and diabetes, Kyu-jin feels heavy-hearted.

Jang Okbun returns to work at the market. The merchants try to take extra good care of her, which only annoys Okbun more. At that moment, Kang Choyeon (Lee Jung-eun), Lee Juri (Kim Sora), and Kim Gayun (Song Daeun) greet Okbun excitedly, saying, "The alley feels empty without the madam," and "Your skin looks tighter these days," trying to cheer her up.

Lee Jungrok (Alex) is appointed as the temporary hospital director, and Nahee asks, "What happened?" Lee Jungrok replies, "The director begged me earnestly, and he’s a colleague of our department head," adding, "I feel like I’m on a deployment." Yoon Kyu-jin is displeased, but Yoon Jaeseok cluelessly says, "It’s an honor. Everyone’s so excited that a young director has arrived," drawing Kyu-jin’s glare.

On the street, Jang Okbun and Choi Yoonjung exchange cutting remarks, touching on each other’s vulnerabilities. Eventually, they grab each other by the hair and start a physical fight. Kyu-jin and Nahee barely manage to break up the fight, then vent their frustrations and harsh words to their respective mothers, while Okbun and Yoonjung shout, "You both get out!"
