BNK Busan Bank Launches Low-Interest Jeonse Loan for Newlywed Couples Without Housing
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Sharon] BNK Busan Bank has launched a low-interest jeonse loan for newlyweds living in Busan.
The eligible applicants are newlywed couples without a house who have been married for less than 5 years, with a household income at or below 100% of the previous year's average monthly income for urban workers (approximately 64 million KRW for two people). They can borrow up to 100 million KRW at an interest rate of 0.3~0.6% per annum within 90% of the rental deposit.

Accordingly, Busan City supports interest at 2.80% per annum for 1,000 households, and the Korea Housing Finance Corporation applies a minimum guarantee fee rate of 0.05%.
