However, thanks to the prompt initial response by a sanitation worker from the Baegun-myeon Office, major property damage was prevented.
The cause of the fire is presumed to have originated from remaining embers in a hearth near the house, which then spread to the boiler room door. There was only minor property damage, limited to the loss of the sandwich panel door, and no casualties were reported.
