View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] Starbucks Coffee Korea held a reopening ceremony for its Community Store No. 2 at Starbucks Seongsu Station Branch (94 Seongsu-ro, Seongdong-gu, Seoul) at 2 p.m. on the 7th and signed a 'Caring Company Agreement' with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Attending the agreement ceremony were Park Young-sun, Minister of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups; Jeon Chang-yeol, CEO of the Youth Startup Network Prism; Lee Jun-bae, Chairman of the Korea Accelerator Association; Kim Kwang-hyun, President of the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development; Cho Bong-hwan, Chairman of the Small Enterprise and Market Service; Han Jeong-su, Director of the Seoul Center for Creative Economy and Innovation; Song Ho-seop, CEO of Starbucks Coffee Korea; as well as supporters from the Seoul Center for Creative Economy and Innovation and young talents from Starbucks.
'Caring Company' is a voluntary win-win cooperation project promoted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups to realize the values of coexistence and mutual growth. Starbucks signed the Caring Company business agreement with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Prism?the largest youth startup network NGO nationwide?and the Korea Accelerator Association, a startup activation support organization, to support youth entrepreneurship by utilizing profits from the Community Store No. 2 and Starbucks store space infrastructure.

Starbucks plans to make the Community Store No. 2, the Seongsu Station branch, a hub for revitalizing youth startup culture and aims to continuously hold about 20 startup-related events such as lectures and seminars annually with aspiring young entrepreneurs.
