The houses supplied this time are a total of 95 units of multi-family and multi-household houses and officetels located in Dongducheon, Siheung, Anseong, Yangju, Osan, Yongin, Paju, and Pyeongtaek in the province.
Eligibility for moving in is members of non-homeowner households whose average monthly income per household is 100% or less of the previous year's average monthly income per urban worker household. The initial lease period is 2 years, and if eligibility requirements are met, it can be renewed up to 9 times.
Applications will be accepted continuously from the 11th until the recruitment of tenants is complete.
