On the 6th, Seoul City held the 6th Urban Planning Committee meeting and announced on the 7th that it had "approved with modifications" the maintenance plan establishment and maintenance zone designation for Songpa Miseong Apartment in the area of 161 Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu. With this decision by the Urban Planning Committee, Songpa Miseong Apartment is expected to be reborn as a multi-family housing complex with a maximum of 32 floors, a floor area ratio of 299.95%, and 816 households (including 133 public rental units).
