Gyeonggi Urban公 to Supply 430 Units of 'Existing Housing Purchase Rental' This Year
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation is accepting sales applications from owners of multi-family houses and other residential properties for the 'Existing Housing Purchase and Lease Project.'
The Existing Housing Purchase and Lease Project involves Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation purchasing and renovating houses, then leasing them at 30-50% of market price to low-income, homeless citizens such as livelihood and medical benefit recipients, single-parent families, persons with disabilities, and youth.
The eligible properties for sales applications are multi-family houses and apartment units with exclusive area of 85㎡ or less within the purchase target areas. Residential officetels with an exclusive area of 40㎡ or less are also eligible. Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation plans to purchase a total of 430 units this year.
The purchase targets are selected through document review, on-site inspection, and purchase evaluation, considering factors such as accessibility to public transportation, building age, and maintenance condition to assess housing quality.
The purchase price is the arithmetic average of the amounts appraised by two appraisal institutions. One appraisal institution is recommended by the seller to ensure fairness in price determination.
