The U.S. Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Tour introduced a story on its website on the 2nd (Korean time) stating that Symetra Tour (the 2nd tier) member Sarah Hoffman (photo) is working as a nurse at a hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. She debuted on the Symetra Tour in 2016. Hoffman graduated from the nursing department at Grand Valley State University in 2013. She said, "There are an enormous number of patients," and added, "Because of the hospital's nature, where you never know what might happen and when, it is challenging, but everyone in the community is making sacrifices little by little and fulfilling their roles, which motivates me." She expressed a sense of mission, saying, "Golf requires me to focus on the game prioritizing myself, but nursing demands doing my best to make patients comfortable."
