Turbocharged 2.0L I-4 Engine Equipped... Maximum Output 238 HP · Maximum Torque 38.7 kg·m
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Lincoln Sales Service Korea announced on the 28th that it will begin pre-orders for the luxury compact sport utility vehicle (SUV) 'All New Corsair,' scheduled for release in May.
The Lincoln Corsair is a compact SUV that completes Lincoln's luxury SUV lineup following the Nautilus and Aviator. The name Corsair is derived from the Latin word "cursus," meaning travel. Under Lincoln SUV's new naming strategy, it embodies the brand concept and direction of exploration and travel.
The Corsair features Lincoln's unique elegance and dynamic performance. The front and interior designs are inspired by human beauty and dynamic movement, evoking the image of elegant sculpture. The Lincoln star emblem and Lincoln's signature grille complete the family look of Lincoln SUVs.
Additionally, advanced features that assist the driver have been added. Lincoln's driver assistance system, Lincoln Co-Pilot360 Plus, which integrates advanced functions such as Active Park Assist Plus, Lane Departure Warning System, and Collision Warning System, has been applied to further enhance occupant safety and convenience.
The Corsair is equipped with a turbocharged 2.0ℓ I-4 engine delivering 238 horsepower and a maximum torque of 38.7 kg·m. Together with the upgraded 8-speed automatic transmission and intelligent AWD system, it offers dynamic driving performance. Furthermore, five driving modes, torque vectoring control, and adaptive suspension are applied to improve ride comfort and driving capability.
Despite being a compact SUV, it also offers spaciousness. It provides ample second-row legroom, and folding the rear seats allows for additional cargo space.
The Revel audio system is also applied to the Corsair. Including a subwoofer, 14 speakers are strategically placed within the vehicle to provide differentiated sound. SYNC3 and an 8-inch LCD touchscreen are also installed.
