Earlier on the 23rd, Seoul City announced that it would invest a total budget of 3.75 billion KRW to create the 'Hongjerak (弘濟樂) Road' along an approximately 3 km section from the upper stream starting point of Hongjecheon to Jongno Pyeongchang-dong, Sinyeong-dong, Buam-dong, Segumjeong, Sangmyung University entrance, and Hongjimon.
According to Seoul City, the 'Hongjerak (弘濟樂) Road' is scheduled to be completed next year.
