Dongseo Foods Donates 200 Million KRW to Community Chest of Korea for COVID-19 Relief Fund
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] Dongseo Foods announced on the 22nd that it will donate 200 million KRW to the Community Chest of Korea to help overcome the crisis caused by the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
Dongseo Foods decided on this donation to support medical staff and volunteers who are working hard to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and treat infected patients. The 200 million KRW donation will be used to purchase various protective equipment needed at COVID-19 response sites.
A Dongseo Foods representative said, "We want to offer some support to the medical staff and volunteers who are dedicating themselves day and night on the front lines of COVID-19 prevention," adding, "We hope everyone overcomes this difficult time well and returns to a healthy daily life as soon as possible."
