Boseong-gun Installs 'Solar-Powered LED Building Number Plates'
Visible at Night for Easy Identification, Effective as Crime Prevention Design Method
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Yongcheol] Boseong-gun, Jeonnam announced on the 21st that it has pilot-installed solar-powered LED building number plates that are clearly visible at night at 50 public facilities including the county office, police station, fire station, tax office, and health center.
The solar-powered LED building number plates are eco-friendly facilities that store power using solar energy during the day without a separate power supply and light up at night.
Through these solar-powered LED building number plates, the county aims to secure nighttime visibility of road name addresses to enhance convenience in building guidance, and also expects them to serve as nighttime security lights.
