Gwangju Buk-gu, Promotion of Public Sector Local Job Target Disclosure System

The Job Target Disclosure System is being promoted to systematically manage job projects among financially invested projects and enhance the effectiveness of job creation.
Accordingly, Buk-gu finalized a total of 77 target management projects in 6 fields through consulting and advice from employment-related experts.
This year's Job Target Disclosure System targets include financial projects such as the Regional Industry Customized Job Creation Support Project, Social Enterprise Promotion, Severe Disability Activity Support, and Basic Livelihood Security Recipient Employment Success Package, planning to provide jobs to 12,101 people by the end of the year.
In particular, Buk-gu plans to continuously promote the comprehensive job plan of the 7th local government administration, consisting of 7 major strategies and 28 promotion tasks, including establishing a field-centered economic activity support system, supporting youth startups, supporting jobs for vulnerable groups, and creating a foundation for social economy growth, aiming for 30,000 good jobs.
