[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Eun-mo] LabGenomics announced on the 16th through a public disclosure that it has signed a supply contract worth 9.1 billion KRW for COVID-19 diagnostic kits with Siemens Healthineers India.
LabGenomics signed a basic supply contract with Siemens Healthineers India on March 24, and after supplying an initial 100,000 tests and receiving a second order worth 3.4 billion KRW, it has now received a third purchase order for COVID-19 diagnostic kits. The total sales amount is 9.15209 billion KRW. The contract amount represents 27.6% of last year's sales, and the contract period is until June 30.

A company official stated, "There are still many overseas government agencies and dealers requesting COVID-19 diagnostic kits, and more overseas sales are expected due to the global spread of COVID-19," adding, "With the increase in overseas sales of COVID-19 diagnostic kits, performance is expected to improve significantly compared to the previous year."
