Gyeonggi Urban Corporation Draws Attention with Experimental Recruitment Method Introduction

Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation announced on the 14th that it will accept questions related to recruitment in advance through Facebook until the 16th. The questions received will be answered directly by the CEO through a YouTube live session.
Employees will also produce promotional videos related to recruitment. The promotional videos will move away from the traditional rigid and one-sided company introductions, featuring employees directly answering job seekers' questions.
The promotional videos will feature employees ranging from those who have been with the company for two months to the head of HR, covering topics such as ▲the genuine thoughts of new employees ▲the HR head and employees reading Job Planet reviews ▲practical employees writing company introduction letters, including the corporation’s strengths and weaknesses, job experiences, and interview tips.
The YouTube live session featuring the CEO will be held in real-time on the official YouTube account of Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation from 3 p.m. on the 21st.
Three production videos involving employees will be released through YouTube and Facebook.
Lee Heon-wook, president of Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation, explained, "We have introduced a new promotional method to secure outstanding talent responsible for housing issues in Gyeonggi Province, such as the development of the 3rd phase new town and housing welfare projects," adding, "We plan to continue active promotional activities using videos so that job seekers can more easily access the company in the future."

This recruitment involves a large scale of 60 people. The written exam will be held on the 23rd of next month, followed by interviews in June, and the final successful candidates will be announced in early July.
