Over 2,500 Households for Sale Nationwide in the Third Week of This Month

According to real estate research firm Dr. Apartment on the 11th, from the 13th to the 18th, applications for subscription will be accepted for 2,432 households across six complexes nationwide. Model houses will open in four locations.
First, on the 13th, subscription applications will begin at one complex, Hyundai Union in Naengnim-dong, Sangju.
On the 14th, subscription applications will start at three locations: Hoban Summit Sky Central in Incheon, Harrington Place Edu Town in Dangjin, and Ssangyong The Platinum Beomeo (mixed-use complex) in Daegu.
Hoban Summit Sky Central is a complex built by Hoban Construction in A47 Block, Yeongjong Sky City, Jungsan-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon, offering 534 households with exclusive areas ranging from 74 to 84㎡. It provides easy access to downtown Incheon via the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway and Incheon International Airport Expressway. Being close to the coastline and neighborhood parks, it promises a pleasant residential environment for leisure activities. Harrington Place is a complex built by Hyosung Heavy Industries at 1312 Yugok-ri, Songsan-myeon, Dangjin-si, Chungnam, offering 671 households with exclusive areas from 59 to 84㎡. On the 16th, subscription applications will begin at one complex, Hillstate Dowon Central (mixed-use complex) in Daegu. This complex, built by Hyundai Construction at 3-11 Dowon-dong, Jung-gu, Daegu, offers 894 apartments ranging from 84 to 107㎡ and 256 officetel units of 84㎡. It is a prime location just a 2-minute walk from Dalseong Park Station on Daegu Subway Line 3. It is conveniently located near Daegu Station, served by Subway Line 1 and the Gyeongbu Line, and Sincheon-daero, facilitating easy travel within Daegu and to nearby cities. On the 17th, subscription applications will start at one complex, Hanul H Valleyum (mixed-use complex) near Deungchon Station.

Four model houses will open next week. On the 17th, these include ▲Hoban Summit The First Siheung ▲Daegu Wolbae Raon Private DL (mixed-use complex and officetel) ▲Yeosu Singi Hustige (mixed-use complex). ▲Hoban Summit The First Siheung and ▲Daegu Wolbae Raon Private DL will limit in-person visits to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and will operate as cyber model houses instead.
