Kim Jong-un, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of North Korea, observed a tactical guided weapon test firing on the 21st of last month, according to a report by the Korean Central News Agency on the 22nd.

The Supreme People's Assembly, equivalent to South Korea's regular National Assembly, is the highest sovereign body under the North Korean constitution.
