The Coast Guard dispatched a helicopter and patrol boats, arriving at the accident site within about 40 minutes, and is currently extinguishing the fire. Additionally, at around 6:54 a.m., the Coast Guard discovered a drifting lifeboat and is conducting rescue operations.
