SPC Chairman Heo Young-in Gifts 400,000 Shares to Eldest Son, Vice Chairman Heo Jin-su
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] SPC Samlip announced on the 8th that Chairman Heo Young-in of SPC gifted 400,000 common shares of the company to his eldest son, Vice President Heo Jin-su. The value of the gifted shares amounts to approximately 26.5 billion KRW based on the closing price on that day.
As a result, Chairman Heo's stake in SPC Samlip decreased from 9.27% to 4.64%, while Vice President Heo's stake increased from 11.68% to 16.31%.
