'Haetoo4 End' Eom Hyun-kyung Confesses "I Had Thought About Retiring from the Entertainment Industry"
[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kang Joo-hee] Actress Eom Hyun-kyung revealed that she considered retiring from the entertainment industry before appearing on 'Happy Together 4' (Haetoo).
On the final episode of KBS 2TV's 'Haetoo' aired on the 2nd, actress Eom Hyun-kyung, comedians Heo Kyung-hwan and Nam Chang-hee, and broadcaster Jo Woo-jong appeared to wrap up the show.
Eom Hyun-kyung shared her thoughts on returning after a long time, saying, "I came back after a year and a half. After finishing the drama, I've been doing well at home."
She revealed that she considers 'Haetoo' her benefactor, confessing, "It was around the time my contract with the company was ending, and I was thinking about quitting my entertainment activities," surprising everyone.
She continued, "When I appeared as a guest, I had no particular thoughts. I just came in and did it, but they made me shine so well that it turned out great," adding, "By becoming an MC, it saved me from quitting. If I hadn't met 'Haetoo,' I wouldn't be here now," expressing her gratitude.
Eom Hyun-kyung also revealed that her personal skill 'imitating a water deer' which brought laughter to many, greatly helped her acting.

She said, "Among my personal skills, doing the 'overly emotional water deer' made my emotions richer," and added, "I was originally an actor who wasn't good at expressing emotions, but I ended up expressing a lot, to the point where I was even told to tone it down," drawing laughter as she showcased her personal skill after a long time.
