Chief Judge Choi Chang-hoon of Seoul Central District Court stated the reason for dismissing the warrant, saying, "Considering that the face was not exposed in the Twitter post, that the suspect voluntarily deleted the post, and that the victims do not wish for punishment, it is difficult to recognize grounds for detaining the suspect."
